Diprofil® has more than 60 years experience in the manufacture of high quality machines for tool and mold makers.  They offer a wide range of reciprocating tools and filing systems for grinding, polishing and finishing operations.

The Diprofil Classic machines have long been the first choice for mold makers due to their reliability and robust construction.

Aware of the risks of long term exposure to vibration, Diprofil has now launched the Dipro™ line of machines, which has increased focus on the operator’s well-being and comfort.

In addition, Engis offers Mini Filing Tools, cost effective Ultrasonic Systems and Air Driven High Frequency Polishing Machines from Diprofil.

The Classic Series is the original reciprocating filing tool designed as an efficient, fast, precise tooling system to replace tedious hand operations. Each tool is lightweight with sturdy construction, enabling operators to perform even delicate work on intricate parts with ease.  The Classic Series is easy to operate and performs operations such as filing, honing, polishing and lapping on both straight and curved surfaces.

*Please note, when purchasing the FPH/R tool along with a flex-shaft motor, a 93.SQ square driveshaft will be needed. 

**Please note, the FPL/R Air-Driven tool requires a HSLM quick coupling as well as a MFB Dipro-Fog lubricator.  The air motor is manufactured to a precise level of accuracy and requires lubricated and filtered air (to 5 microns) to assure trouble-free operation.

Mini Filing Tools

Di-Pro™ Range of Mini-Filing / Micro-Motor Systems 

The Dipromini Transverse range from Diprofil is an excellent tool for working on narrow shoulders.  With its transverse tool movement, it has a variable stroke between 0-4mm which is easy to change by the use of a hexagonal key.  The compact design offers improved control and effectiveness for polishing and finishing work. 

To minimize vibration levels we recommend tool holders such as the THFS-1 and THPS-2. 

All Dipromini tools come packaged complete in a handy tool box with all of the required accessories. 

Dipromini Transverse Polishing/Filing Machine FMV/D
This FMV/D provides left-to-right transverse movement of the head.   This tool requires a HPM-B1 brush motor controlled by a DPU-3 power unit or HA-700 Marathon twin power unit.  It has been designed in accordance with ISO 28927-8 to minimize hand/arm vibration. DUS-300 Diprosonic Ultrasonic System

The unit is excellent for use together with ceramic fiber stones and sintered diamond files, but it is also possible to use it with electroplated diamond files as long as the exposed shank of the tool is kept to a minimum. 

Operation is either by hand or the included foot switch and the unit will automatically find the right frequency for each tool.
