This FL Series of floor standing lapping & polishing systems is engineered to maximize the efficiency of diamond lapping and polishing processes, while giving operators optimal production speed and quality control. This results in maximized part quality, increased throughput and reduced perpiece finishing costs. 

FastLap machines are available in models utilizing 15”, 20”, 24”, 28”, 36”, 42”, 48” and 60” lapping plates. 

Robust, durable, variable speed drive systems, paired with touch-screen controls, give operators a pressure range and speed settings of up to 1600 pounds per head and 50 RPM, respectively. 

Heavy duty steel frame construction, high torque gear box and a heavy duty spindle bearing make design and engineering second to none. This makes the FL system both fast and flexible, capable of processing a wide range of compound semiconductor, advanced, industrial grade and other specialty materials.
