Description

The Keysight B2983A femto / picoammeter (battery-powered) has a graphical picoammeter that enables you to confidently measure small currents with 0.01 fA (0.01 x 10- 15 A) resolution. The 4.3” color LCD with a graphical user interface provides data in a trend chart and histogram format. The intuitive front-panel enables you to capture transient behavior so you can perform a quick statistical analyses without a PC. The available Keysight setup integrity checker software option enables you to compare the noise levels of various cabling and fixture arrangements to isolate external noise sources.
